The Mandalay Spirit also known as the Mandalay Rum was established in 1886. The Rum was made due to the joint efforts of people of Mandalay and expert Rum blenders from Caribbean. The manufacturing process consists of aging the rum in wooden barrels. Myanmar is known for rum making skills. The Mandalay Spirit is an example of rum making skills of Myanmar. Each bottle contains the spirit of Mandalay. Mandalay Rum is gaining appreciation from people worldwide. It is capturing the hearts of many people and continues to do so. The Rum has three products The Mandalay Export Rum, Mandalay Caribbean White and Mandalay Coffee Liqueur. It is now made by Victory Myanmar Group (VMG).
